We are planning on offerings for the different internet/mobile projects that MelZoo is currently launching and will be incubating in the future.

Intermediaries / financial advisors will receive a success fee to be agreed on. Such a success fee will be based on the actually investment capital raised by intermediary and is due following the effective closing of a transaction with the investor. The intermediary must provide a written confirmation, coming directly from the investor that he is mandated and 'has made the initial introduction'. Without such a confirmation no success fee will be paid.
